Our Story

Anabell Pariser is the founder and owner of Plant-Based Chef Anabell's Kitchen. She is certified in plant-based nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and has attended the prestigious Plantrician Project healthcare conference five times. At these events, leading experts and physicians in the plant-based field share scientific evidence on how plant-based nutrition can prevent, reverse, and put chronic illnesses into remission.

Her passion for nutrition began 11 years ago, culminating in her certification as a plant-based chef. Anabell has been actively involved in communities that prioritize plant-based nutrition and has dedicated over ten years to teaching plant-based cooking classes. She also works as a private plant-based chef, focusing on creating meals that are both healing and nourishing.

At Plant-Based Chef Anabell's Kitchen, the philosophy is simple: food should heal, nourish, and energize the body. All of Anabell's creations are crafted with care, adhering to the highest standards of nutrition and taste. Her food is completely oil-free, low in sodium, and free from white refined sugars and flours. She uses no preservatives, ensuring every dish is made from scratch using only the freshest organic ingredients.

Every meal is designed to be gluten-free and packed with wholesome, nutrient-dense elements, providing the purest form of nourishment without compromising flavor or quality. This commitment to clean, mindful eating is at the heart of every recipe.
